About
Buckley Miller is an award-winning engineer, father, and husband who lives, eats, and makes
music in Nashville, Tennessee.
A two-time Grammy winner (Lauren Daigle, Zach Williams) Miller began his career in 2006
under acclaimed mix engineer F. Reid Shippen, who he credits with teaching him that the
potential for greatness exists within every song.
After branching out on his own in 2009 with borrowed gear, a willingness to stay up very late,
and a desire to help his friends make great records, Miller focused on tracking and mixing,
refining his skills by working with as many bands from as many genres in as many studios as
possible.
As an engineer Miller aims to create sounds and music that are unique, emotive, and inspiring
to listeners. A willingness to crawl inside each project and a love of collaboration keeps his
approach fresh for each record.
With a diverse breadth of work that includes Gabby Barrett, Josh Groban, Ingrid Michaelson,
Russell Dickerson, Chis Tomlin, Colony House, and countless more, Miller hopes to expand his
musical community, his knowledge, and maybe his gear list too.
